Toronto Photography Marathon - Photographer's Agreement:

1. All films provided to participants are the property of the Toronto Photography Marathon and so retains exclusive rights to all negatives, prints and images produced from the films.

2. The Toronto Photography Marathon reserves the exclusive right to use the photographs from the marathon in various media, without the specific consent of the photographer. Wherever possible the photographer will be advised of any use and appropriate credits will be provided.
